What can we expect from Taylor Gabriel? We’ve yet to see wide receiver Taylor Gabriel suit up in any of the three preseason games the Chicago Bears have played in. We could finally get a glimpse of the 5’8” speedster on Saturday afternoon against the Kansas City Chiefs. Last night at the Varsity Bears event at Vernon Hills High School Chicago Bears Hats , Gabriel was back practicing and catching long passes from Mitchell Trubisky. The early part of training camp saw Gabriel lining up all over the offense as their Zebra receiver. Once healthy, the Bears will have him outside, in the slot, and also as ball carrier on end arounds and jet sweeps. He’s one of the fastest players in the NFL, but through his four previous years in the NFL, he never really had what one would call a break out season.SB Nation’s team sites recently had the chance to shoot a few questions over to Football Outsiders Chicago Bears Womens Hoodie , and Assistant Editor Scott Kacsmar was the FO staffer that is helping us out this week.In case you missed the previous three questions, here they are. What are some Andy Reid tendencies that we might see Matt Nagy bring with him to Chicago?Cody Withehair had a rough year in 2017 after playing superbly as a rookie, do you expect him to bounce back at center this season?Nose tackle Eddie Goldman anchors the middle of the Bears’ D, but is often underappreciated due to the nature of his position. How important is he to their success in 2018?And here’s the latest question posed to FO.Taylor Gabriel as been an explosive presence at training camp so far, but his career high is only 36 receptions, which he recorded as a rookie in 2014. Is this about what we should expect as his ceiling Womens Customized Chicago Bears Jerseys , or is the best of Gabriel yet to come? For more of FO’s unique analysis be sure to pick up their annual Football Outsiders Almanac right here.NFL Week 4 Power Rankings: Let’s check in on the 1st place Bears The Chicago Bears have won two games in a row after their heartbreaking loss to the Green Bay Packers on kickoff weekend. Imagine if the Bears could have just made one more play during that game. The offense is still trying to get things figured out, but the defense is among the league leaders in a number of statistical categories. At some point Matt Nagy’s offense will click, but in the meantime they are doing enough to stay in games. Let’s take a look at where a few football analysts are ranking the 2-1, NFC North leading Chicago Bears in their week 4 Power Rankings.SB Nation moved the Bears up three spots to 14th, and SB Nation’s Bleeding Green Nation moved the Bears up two to 13th saying, “I go back to what I said last week: I’m buying Chicago’s defense but I’m selling Mitchell Trubisky. He hasn’t been good.”Trubisky is leaving some plays out on the field www.bearsfootballauthentics.com , and in my opinion, he’s still thinking too much. Familiarity with his offense and his teammates will get better in time, and while they work on that keep in mind that it’s still a big difference from what we saw last year. The Bears actually dropped three spots, to 17th, according to NFL.com.ESPN gave their rankings and listed a “fatal flaw” for each team. Here’s how the Sporting News has it. The USA Today has it like this. Yahoo Sports has the Bears ranked like this.Do you guys agree with these “experts?”Where do you guys see the Bears ranking next week after playing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers?
